4Girls GLocal Leadership (4GGL) is a glocal movement to value and invest in the world’s poorest girls. Our mission is to ignite, develop, and promote girls’ leadership in developing countries to advance gender equity. We use an innovative global model for our local action – a multi-generational women’s leadership model to train local trainers and building local capacity for girls’ leadership development.
