Description
2-1-1 Big Bend (formerly Telephone Counseling and Referral Service) began in 1970. It now provides 24/7 hotline services via its 2-1-1 number to the Tallahassee/ North Florida Big Bend region.
Trained counselors provide free, anonymous and confidential counseling, crisis intervention and suicide prevention services. Callers can get referrals to more than 1000 human service resources maintained in the 2-1-1 resource database.

2-1-1 Big Bend is a 501c3 organization and receives United Way, governmental and other private funding.
