BP needs to pay for all the damage they have caused. There are those like myself who are of the mind that they should never practice business again, yet while such a selfish personal desire may go unfulfilled, they certainly need to be charged and penalized for the damage they have caused in the United States Gulf region.

People are dying and have died due to the contamination of the Deepwater Horizon disaster. It was the worst disaster of its kind, and while BP promised many locals that they would make good for wages lost, etc., they were merely trying to cover their assets in order to make nice with the locals. Purchase allegiance with a decent price.

BP is no good. They are a criminal organization for their lack of contingency, and their justification of laying waste to the Gulf of Mexico in an attempt to salvage their precious crude oil commodity.

Dear Attorneys of the Gulf Region:

British Petroleum is a criminal on the lam. Nothing more. They are covering their assets by throwing their billions at individuals who have suffered the early effects of the oil spill caused by the Deepwater Horizon in the Gulf of Mexico.

People are dying. People have died. Publications continue to cover the lasting effects of the oil spill on the sea and animal life, yet the reports about the mystery health issues found throughout the region are unsung. Whether you entered the legal field to make tons of cash, or you entered the legal field to offer justice to those who are consistently overlooked, here is an opportunity to do something for the betterment of your home nation.

I'm all for your making as much money as you possibly can from British Petroleum, in any lawsuit you deem competitive in a United States courtroom. Please stand up for the victims and take BP for all they are worth. Every last cent.

The fact that they immediately offered so much money in response to the disaster should have been an immediate indication of trying to hush the negative rhetoric growing against them. They are a criminal organization and need to pay for what they have done in the region.

Once they accept COMPLETE responsibility, things may change, until then, please see to it that they are accountable.
